@cultexpert.freedomofmind.com Dry eye: I highly recommend IPL (intense pulsed light) procedure. In < yr, I went from 11 semi-functional meibomian glands to 50 functional. Also meibo drops. I have an rx now, but they are available OTC in other countries for $40! Also diligent electric heat mask.
