I am not used to this: ever since I left twitter/ uninstalled it from my phone, I've felt WAY less anxious (its weird to me). I've always been a ball of stress since I was a kid, so as I got older I thought that was just how my brain was wired. Turns out, I needed to touch grass. Who knew?
