if Three Houses Quick Riposte automatically gives you 4 more AS than your opponent to make you double, and One-Two Punch lets you double Quick Riposte enemies by giving you 4 more AS than them, does that mean that One-Two punch gives you 8 more AS than yourself

weird thing about Golden Wildfire is how Part II (and the unlock for the personal Master classes), Master classes, and when you're actually getting Master classes is in three separate chapters when it's usually all the same but now everyone actually got there

honestly if Shez didn't have the best class in the game that made them the best unit in the game they'd be kinda mid no Armsthrift, no Offensive Tactics, no Wild Abandon, Dark spells are kinda eh, good Mag helps their Frozen Lances and their personal could help Archer or Fighter but nothing special

okay so Drill Arrow might be the best combat art in all of Maddening bc Claude just used it once and then his Partner Special oneshot Gronder Byleth. On Hard I don't even think Paladin specials can oneshot Byleth, and those get a 90% damage boost over Claude. Claude might just be him.

Golden Wildfire is definitely the hardest Maddening campaign due to several maps with issues that are often but not exclusively Holst-related. Can this guy stop costing me deployment slots please.

Units that make Maddening Jeralt look like it's Hard mode (the de facto Maddening-locked strategy would've meant extra time before Ferdinand escapes, which would've been nice to farm extra kills and S rank the map, but it's a very short and easy map when Jeralt and Ferdinand are just formalities)

Golden Wildfire's Deirdru mission might be a contender for hardest Maddening map bc it's very important that you take out a ton of Cavaliers and oh my god despite triangle advantage, axe movesets are so utterly dogshit at handling Cavaliers I hate fighting Cavaliers so much
