Our lives should matter more than a throwaway joke

The other major objection I have to this Scenario: Web page, using this ”Font Technology”, publishes libel, slander, hate speech, harassment. Torts & crimes. Millions of people view that speech act. Page is captured for use in litigation / prosecution Font is then updated. Evidence go bye-bye?

Maybe this will be the mass block / boycott that gets a celebrity to apologise and promise to do better and make amends for casual cruelty.

People today who describe their political views as "Jeffersonian" are _almost always_ using it as code for "I believe the same things Willis Carto [founder of the Holocaust denialism Institute for Historical Review] believed" b/c that's what Carto labelled himself: Jeffersonian

A proper 2FA system will nix this vector.

Back when I got these books (and a stack of others besides), I was still holding on to the belief that Free Speech Must Be Absolute, that it was A Crime To Destroy Books, that "Censorship" Is Bad So this is a kind of ritual, expiating not just these horrible works, but those peculiar naif views
