2. Doesn't prevent a future fund being set up, nor payouts by other means. Does nothing to stop payouts.

1. If all the parties sign it, which they haven't.
2. It doesn't get rid of payouts, or future funds. There have already been payouts outside that fund.
Attorney Aaron Parnas shows the actual agreements and why they are bogus. For example, ONLY Todd Blanche signed one that must be signed by all parties.

She has apologized for making a MISTAKE. Give it a rest. She didn't try to get rich off his conviction; she shared a terrible experience and that is still true. Her apology explains how the lineup was set up by others, etc.

Reading the judge's comments, I wondered if she had trouble keeping a straight face as she indicated,
You sued yourself, how can you therefore pay because you'd be taking the money from yourself...your atty hasn't explained that one and needs a lickin'....
