Front squats, weighted pull ups, and overhead presses. I consider these the holy trinity for strong lats. No better way to gauge your lat strength, endurance, and mobility than being proficient in these 3 movements. And as of late, rucking.

Hobbies are a core part of anyone’s identity but character will always be at the forefront. Yeah, I’m the butt of jokes on certain topics but it’s never personal. You can get away with a lot of things if you square yourself away, command some respect, and treat others right.

I do have bugs. I also have bug spray always handy.

You guys keep me motivated. I enjoy drawing because each comm is an opportunity to make someone’s day just a bit better. I also like to think every piece of art I churn out is a chance at inspiration, motivation, or just simply a small dose of dopamine for others.

One of the earliest games I played was RE1~3 and there was just something about its spread of weapons: the 92FS, SPAS 12, M79 etc. that was so aesthetically pleasing. I loved their shapes, the way they sound, and the power behind the mechanisms. It was downhill from there.
