About a year ago, @defendpublichealth.bsky.social published a report titled “Improving the Health of Americans Together”. The first section is about the food supply. “The future of U.S. food safety and security is in danger due to new policies implemented by the Trump administration”.

It’s a sexual orientation that is less about wanting to fuck women and more about blowing out a volcanic ash cloud of negativity about women’s bodies in the hope that some of it will land on a woman, and that woman will, if only for a moment, feel as shitty about herself as they do about themselves.

Squishiness on trans rights is a dealbreaker for me because (a) it’s a straightforward issue of personal freedom and bodily autonomy much like abortion, and (b) the right is obviously coming after us cis gays next.
