Not to mention Diana & Charles.

You are an expert so I’m genuinely asking, is it your sense that Biden’s pardon covers state prosecutions (however baseless)? On its face it only covers “offenses against the United States.” I don’t think the President has authority to cover state offenses.

I don’t agree Josh. Biden’s pardon can’t immunize Fauci from state charges. Just today Sen. Tommy Tuberville promised that when he’s Governor he’ll bring state charges against Fauci. No I think this is the right strategy and legally sound.
