Oh yeah. Unskippable cutscenes are usually bad for games that are supposed to have replayability. Though sometimes unskippable stuff is used to hide loading on console games.

Aren't the cutscenes part of the art of it though? You wouldn't want to just skip through half a movie to get to the end, right?
