Some excellent news in the post this morning, my recent mammogram has come back clear! I am high risk so these results are very welcome

I already use my GP phone app to remind me to take my prescription meds and they recently added the functionality to include other meds So, I added my HRT as I have been known to forget! This isn't prescribed (GP refused my HRT request) but my GP is aware of what I'm taking so I'm not stealthy!

I have an online grocery order due around 9am Sunday (today!) and just remembered to add pocket tissues, I seem to have a bout of hay-fever! So, 32 items are now on the order but I wonder what will be missing?

I'll be in a uniform & hi-vis later so I pulled on this size 14 frock from last year for now. It used to fit nicely. Err, today it's a bit tight around my bust! Last year I was a B cup, now C, and I'm in a push-up bra. Maybe that explains why?

Yesterday was a very successful scribbling day, I already have the manuscript open sorting out edits from my proofreader. There is a small chance that this book will be out before the end of the month. Thankfully I don't need to go shopping as my nose is running badly I am, however, out later 1/2

✅ Having a productive day with the scribbling ❌ Decided to get the salad prepped ahead of lunch and promptly knocked my lidded food container into the floor, which byrst open spilling lettuce, red onion, carrot spears and cherry tomatoes across the floor. Most was ditched and I started again.

I fell asleep early last night (possibly alcohol induced) and was wide awake by 5am. No chance of further kip so I'm now dressed, made up, and just about to head to Morrisons for a few bits.

On my travels today. That meant using the ladies loos at a mainline railway station and, after a beer, a pub loo. Although I'm known in this pub there's an unknown barmaid. I washed my hands in the vanity basin but the paper towel broke away. So I have to tell barmaid so she can fix. Zero issue.

I wake up and can smell toast but then realise it's still dark outside. Finally my phone says it's nearly 3am. I can still smell toast Err, is someone in the kitchen?

At 60yo I really should be better at this - I placed an Iceland order and that included a load of frozen goods. I didn't check how much space was in the freezer and way under-estimated how much I might need! Only after removing a few things* did it all (sort of) fit in there. *including a Cornetto

I had a routine mammogram last week and phoned the hospital this afternoon for the results, but not yet available. "Just send us an email and we'll send you your results back when we have them." No problem, and email sent. Oh, but aren't I supposed to tell them I'm trans so I can be excluded?

I placed an Iceland home delivery order this morning, with the delivery slot mid afternoon. I haven't used Iceland online for over 18 months so I wasn't certain how much of my order would be missing/subbed. No such problem, it's all there, including bottled water, biscuits and ice-cream.
