It's probably pulling at straws to be thinking of my two beloved niche rhythm (adjacent) games to be referencing one another but every time I saw "rhythm alien" in rhythm heaven groove I was like heh ... like commander video from the bit trip series ....

The saddest part about Google becoming so enshittified is that I don't even feel like making funny jokes like "hey Google how do I stop caring about my job so much to improve my mental health" bc like theoretically if I DID I'd get an ai answer to that and. Ew.

Being mentally drained by the 9-5 making it difficult to work on the stuff I actually want to work on in my free time is so LAME

LRT I used to never play rpgs including xenoblade 1 which is my fave game ever and even the first time I did play it I only pushed through it because I had experienced it via an lp, especially when I felt like I wanted to quit cause I found it too hard! (and this was before easy mode in DE)

a decade since i've been a designer and i'm finally reaching that point of 'oh shit i should learn how to code' in multiple aspects of my work such as - coding my own indesign scripts - finally learning how to do after effects expressions properly i don't like it here
