Funeral day, plus 2 pre-planning arrangements. I am zoinked! I do always appreciate & am grateful for how folk vulnerably open their hearts up to us at the time of death, or sharing their life stories and wishes years prior to their death. It's a lot of listening, & holding space in funeral service.
