I dunno if this is a common issue or not, but I'm running into an issue where audio is cutting in and out... Dunno if it's GPU related or if it's just a shitty HDMI cable-

LRT: Still kinda annoyed that Harusame's Patreon is stuck in "under review" limbo. There's still Fanbox, thankfully.

I consider it a little funny that technically, my little DIY Steam Machine is just *slightly* more powerful than my main rig. And that's entirely in the GPU. But it won't be for long considering I'm gonna trade in my 4070 for a nice 9070 XT for my main rig at some point.

And here is the finished build. There's still a few things that need doing, but I'm super excited to be done with this build.

Good news: The build is complete! It boots and POSTs just fine, which means it's ready for an install of SteamOS. Bad news: I don't know how, but I somehow fucked up the pins on the USB 3 header on the motherboard, which means I won't be able to use the USB ports on the case until I can fix those.

Wish it was easier to read Golgo 13... been wanting to get into that series for a while now.

My most hated part of PC building: getting the motherboard aligned with those fucking standoffs on the case. I can never seem to get it right. Even when I upgraded my main rig, I had a bit of trouble. That said, integrated I/O plates continue to be a godsend.

Again, I can only be thankful that Micro Center gives out affordable bundles of RAM, mobos, and CPUs, even if they have to cut back on sticks and size of said RAM a little.

LRT: I knew that "your life is basically over at 30" was bullshit the moment I started paying attention to congoers and realized that people much older than me was enjoying themelves despite their age.

LRT: Gotta "love" FATAL.

LRT: I can only be thankful Shift Up is self-publishing Blood Rain and broke free from Sony in that regard...
