look, this ain't my biz, I haven't done a convention since before covid, BUT... I feel like lately what I see from the people I consider peers, like your individual working comic artists and illustrators, is largely them getting rejected from the big shows?? no room for indies anymore or what???

elected officials are meant to represent us and our values. the genuine PEOPLE, the CITIZENS, I DO believe are pushing left with all their might, even as the democratic establishment remains right-of-center don't lose hope! minds & hearts are changing, either growing in number or getting bolder

I know this could be a hot take, but whatever I'm deeply afraid of the ever increasing emphasis placed on wanting to look "young", like wrinkles and gravity are something to fix. you're old a lot longer than you're young, and there are deeper implications to youth = beauty that bother me.
