there should be zero extra steps for a person with ADHD to get their monthly medication. we barely remember to take it, let alone make five phone calls, spin in a circle three times, and do a dance of medication availability.

I love when I think my dog does these quirky silly things because of his personality, but it's actually common poodle behavior 🤣
