The Saudi Deal will allow Brookfield to earn massive, guaranteed management & performance fees. Mark Carney will also receive performance pay based on deals he made as PM. Then there also are the recent bill taking away out rights.

So you are more pissed about election reform over the guy who lied about an ongoing relationship w/ Brookfield & will receive performance pay, including his time as PM. Brookfield’s is already involved in several projects & now the Saudi Deal which incudes the purchase of Canadian assets.

It is nothing but a grift. Capitalism is basically magic. Just made up shit that does not work. It doesn’t even make sense. It is like they meet and write a script to follow.

As previously said, I am not a fan of either. I do think we deserve better. What I was pointing out how cultish many of Mr. Carney’s supporters are & the hypocrisy of it all. I did not post Carney’s laws necessarily for you, but for others who may see this.

4/4 On top of the lies, the proposed & passed legislation that violates human, indigenous rights, charter rights. He is expanding fossil fuels, especially LNG violated the Paris Agreement & created a overeign Wealth Fund which is – subsidy slush fund.

3/4 He lied about what he financially disclosed, lied about numerous conflicts of interest and lied about the very lucrative, ongoing financial relationship he has with Brookfield. He then claims to be transparent and ethical.

2/4 The Gordon Howe International Bridge, the deficit, Build Canada Homes project, military goods exported to Israel, “Caps not Cuts” to public servants, CBC funding, military procurement from US; reversal on every environmental Issue & constant capitulation to Trump.

1/4 I am in no way defending Justin Trudeau. My point is that it’s very funny that people will dismiss Trudeau, but embrace Carney, especially in the lie department. Here are some of the things he’s lied about

All you have to do is to look at the legislation that has been jammed through HoC. It is scary stuff, yet he maintains an approval rate between 51% - 66%. He is the epitome of what people railed against, but here we are. We have a literal cult.

He is definitely as bad as trump. Same policies, but Trump only goes the executive order route and Carney legislates it. I maintain that the calm, affable, well educated, steady fascist is way more effective than the crazed orange one.

In the special disingenuous douchebag category, you have Joe ($8-$10M) & Mika ($8M) . Privileged & elitist Mika (and proud of it) & I'm just a country lawyer Joe are prime examples of hypocrisy. Once Joe was" teasing her" about her propensity of jetting off to France for her shoes.

Look at let's say MSNBC. The egregious examples are Chris Hayes ($2M), Rachel Maddow (25M), Stephanie Ruhle ($2M) provide progressive or populist economic commentary but receive multi-million dollar corporate media salaries. In the extra disingenuous douchebag category, you have Joe & Mika.
