I think Tom Holland is a great Spider-Man, but his version of it is unfortunately forever broken by his over reliance on Tony Stark at the beginning, which ended up making him far less interesting than other iterations even after he died. Also he’s in the MCU, which is inherently an issue nowadays.

Hildibrand was really solid. The Dawntrail chapter was probably my favorite of all of them. I know people tend to write them off since they’re comic relief, but there’s actually a lot of really solid worldbuilding under all the slapstick.

Oh, and Flower Man is To the Edge. It’s a reoccurring melody from the chapter that is suddenly revealed to have lyrics at its climax, playing franticly as you close the book on a people who are on borrowed time, which also contains the main theme of the game inside it (To the Edge plays a snippet of
