TLDR, if you use Apple in app purchase to subscribe to a patreon Apple gets 30% of the revenue and that comes out of the creator’s cut.

I am in the same boat on this, and I have no idea what to do, all thanks to Apple strongarming Patreon. Don't use the iOS app to subscribe to Patreons, just do it in the web browser, because Apple doesn't deserve a cut of your money for this behaviour (which is what this comes down to).

you shouldn’t need to be like me (unemployed, don’t need to be on my feet/sit in a desk chair all day, can spend lots of time doing physio, know how to FIND physio exercises due to my history of having a terrible body) to be able to fix yourself you should be able to see a physio in a timely manner
