So bored of trying to find good chill / lofi remakes of video game soundtracks to listen to while writing, and YouTube keeps throwing AI shite at me from channels with a million churned out videos and links to buy their AI-generated albums. This shit needs to be clearly declared. I don't want it.

Do they always, yeah. Most AAA games have the budget to refine them to within an inch of their lives, and there's often a lot financially riding on their success, so these days they tend to hit a lot more than they miss. But we don't just give everything a high score because it's high profile.

To be fair, I'm no dev so I'm over-simplifying it. It wasn't two distinct ROMs, features were just turned on/off or extra stuff was added (Link's Awakening DX's extra Color Dungeon). But every time the dev wanted to support GB they had to account for its limitations: a GBC-only game didn't have to.
