So I pulled a surge foil Gleaming Splendor from the free collector booster I got from doing the scavenger hunt at GenCon, and I'm very tempted to sell it rather than keep it... 👀

Extremely disappointed (but not surprised) to overhear a guy brag about how he & his friends abused the GenCon Hobbit scavenger hunt, using fake email accounts to get free collector boosters. Especially bc I know people who couldn't make it til the afternoon only to find out they were out of stock.

Well, my flight out of Indianapolis has now been delayed long enough that I'm going to miss my connecting flight, and probably have to stay the night in Charlotte. Infuriating that airlines are under no obligation to help out with hotels when this happens.

Getting rid of take-home pre-releases is a terrible idea. Not even getting into the issues with accessibility for people who may be immuno-suppressed, sometimes we just don't all have 4 hours to go drive to our local LGS and do an official pre-release event. Bring back the take-home kits, WOTC!

As a fellow Community Manager who runs a Discord server with a significantly smaller population than Logan's, these bots/phishers are still a nightmare even for a smaller server like ours. I have tried to put in SO many protective measures, but the best one is just to not click the damn links.

Mine wasn't my own, but one of my players in our campaign. She took on the BBEG in a 1v1 duel to give the rest of the party time to escape through a portal. We didn't just narrate it but actually rolled for it, and she got not one but two crits, making him bleed for the first time in decades. 🤩
