This is a thorough, enlightening article on Veganism & food accessibility, that’s refreshingly compassionate towards those of us with medically restricted diets. No belittling or scorning, just a deep dive into food culture as it pertains to dietary restrictions & adherence. A worthwhile read.

Generally impressed by all the NHS workers at this hospital, but bewildered to be treated as if they've never met (let alone fed) a vegan before... I think veganism is broadly good for your health, and Livingston is not exactly a major city, but this can't seriously be a new thing for them, can it?
How often are therapists’ feelings of distrust (or policies that are basically about distrust) towards clients actually more about distrust of our own boundaries/capacity to hold? This is probably equally relevant to other helping/holding professions like coaching, teaching, support work, etc.
