Over the last three years, the Ravens are third in pressure rate with Madubuike on the field and *31st* without him. A transformative player.
Mina KimesBig news this morning in Ravens world: Nnamdi Madubuike off the pup list and cleared to play. Baltimore’s 4 man rush ranked 29th in sack rate and 30th in pass rush win last year. Should bounce back in a big way with Nnamdi back and Hendrickson in the fold.
It was a savvy Bluesky play to associate disliking Jalen Hurts with liking Trump. But you have it backward. Many people remain so positive on Trump and on Jalen Hurts despite mounting evidence of their deficiencies because they have high cognitive rigidity. jspp.psychopen.eu/index.php/js...

Mike TanierNFC South Heat Check three days before August arrives: FALCONS: Both QBs injured, also bad. PANTHERS: One serious injury per day. BUCS: Overpay us or we leave. SAINTS: Wait ... we're the "normal" ones now??
A must-read article from @samhoppen.bsky.social about who is responsible for yards before contact. My main question: How did you adjust for the QB? My not-at-all-scientific YBCon credit/blame pie would give the biggest piece to the QB, and this chart doesn't appear to capture the full QB effect.
Sam HoppenIs yards before contact an offensive line stat? Less than we treat it like one. I took a deep dive on a stat that we may have been reading wrong, using a couple of different modeling techniques to explain why. You can read it FREE on my Substack 🔗⤵️

NFL Daily NewsCardinals don't plan to overload Jeremiyah Love as a rookie, per Albert Breer. They're looking for the right rotation between Love, James Conner, and Tyler Allgeier.
