I think it's clear that we need an open database of prior auth guidelines per insurer. These are just a list of meds/procedures that a patient has tried and failed before a given more expensive med or procedure is authorized. Shouldn't these have the same lack of copyright protection as recipes?

I would reiterate that the new-norm violation here is social media providers Meta & TikTok enabling & promoting the sharing of this asshole's content. Just being an asshole isn't new. It being so easy to monetize being an asshole through right-wing karma farming is the new variable.

The problem is this: now that we KNOW that the US regulatory safety net for vegetables not grown locally is Swiss cheese, why would anyone who can afford not to go back to non-locally grown produce? That goes for trusting food at restaurants too, not publicly disavowing the use of such products.
