Ahoy space cadets! I have some exciting news! My third book, "Ephemeris", is in Release Candidate stage! The interior design is done, the cover design is done, and all that remains is a bit of cover art. I'm eying an August 14 release date, thirteen years after the first book in the series.

Huh. My other bluesky account (@draconic.one) stopped working. Trying to login with it just shows everything as fully blank.

If a store locks whole aisles to "prevent shoplifting," I will just buy online. Being able to browse is the whole reason a brick and mortar retailer exists.

My intrepid readers found a bunch of minor quality issues in the eBook version of 'Theta' that are now fixed as of the next iteration of the eBook. Sometimes I feel less like a writer and more like a release engineer.

I hate how companies break internet standards, and people just accept that as a fact of life in modern times. Pragmatism is the ultimate evil.

Techbros != geeks/nerds; techbros != tech. Most of them are barely technically-literate enough to do their jobs, and they're ok with that. Some are hyper-specialized in one dimension, but even then barely understand the context of what they do. The industry is, in many ways, barely technical.
