A phal! Hot as hellfire (1.66 ghost peppers, with seeds) + 1tbsp pataks chili pickle, but you get a ton of underlying deep flavour. I had it with a cucumber mint cumin raitha, and a mango ayran. If you love chilies, this is worth a try!
