Just saw someone explain that airing out relationship grievances (ex friends, ex partners) via general social media posts (google docs, facebook posts, etc) As abuse through public shaming and I felt the weight of the world lift off my shoulders idk how to explain it

I haven’t had my hair cut since June 2025 because as soon as I was laid off it went into the unjustifiable expense so now I’m like I have no idea what to do with it (for a new cut/style)
