It's definitely becoming an article of its own at some point, the section is a discussion of how Spinoza's commitment to Cartesian physics means he has to develop a concept of virtue that doesn't make use of the concept of a disposition

At least based on this article, it seems like more of a research programme than a system or thesis. Although I'm not really seeing how it's supposed to be different than (some versions of) dialectical materialism. press.ici-berlin.org/doi/10.37050...
