Unfortunately, most journalists and politicians in Georgia are only there. Until social media/the internet is treated like a public utility, as elected officials, we have to try to reach folks where we can.

Did I say all consultants? I said a giant chunk of consultants. Meaning most but not all. Too many folks haven’t updated their playbook.

Calling Roy Cooper milquetoast after the way he’s handled his legislature is a choice on your part.

If those dynamic candidates win close general elections, it is existential for some consultants’ careers who’ve spent decades convincing our donors the only way to win is in the most uninspiring way possible. 4/

So yes, the only candidates that they think can win are those that fit within their limited and archaic skill sets. The reason there’s so much anger in these primaries unlike before is other folks are coming in with better skills for the moment. 3/

When push comes to shove, they jump ship instead of digging in. It’s why Republicans continue to win with some of the worst candidates. 2/

Based on what I’m hearing, it seems this outreach list doesn’t include actual Palestinians. 2/

For even more context, the state was 62% Republican for these runoffs (they had more contentious races and millions dumped in) and Gwinnett County was 58% Republican. We bucked state and county trends. 3/

This is the margin of effort. For context, our team knocked 9,455 doors. We had a 22% contact rate. Every door heard about Adrienne. Half heard about Josh (we only had 4,000 pieces of his lit) 2/
