That's interesting! I've never thought of that. Probably because I grew up around 24-hour digital clocks, so it was all the same to me as I was learning how to tell time... Why the heck does the new day start at midnight, anyway? Who decided on that nonsense?

In British English, half is short for half past! In Swedish, half is short for HALF TO. "Half six" here means what Americans call half past five, which in England would be said as half five, and I would then interpret as 4:30. Or, as I would write it locally, 16:30. Standards, what are those?

SO many of those recently. People have gotten really good at making their titles, thumbnails and intros seem like video essays, because those get all the clicks, but then it's just an hour long reading of a written let's play (remember those??) over a montage of game clips and then it's over. Why..?
