What I find so distasteful is supposed Labour supporters willing Labour to do badly and saying they won't vote Labour again. So they put man over a party that will deliver so much better than the far right. But they care more about Keir Starmer than us all being subjected to far right fascism.

I have an allergic reaction whenever I get a whiff of populism. It's why I dislike Farage (well one of many), & dislike Polanski so much. Ian is right, Starmer did the talk of anti -populism but didn't walk the walk. And essentially he didn't tell the story well -it appeared to many inauthentic.
