There's a good technique (edge-surfing, I think it might be called) that I didn't know until after I'd graduated to a better method. But you're probably aware of that and using it!

I've been wondering about this conundrum for a while with respect to CUE, which _does_ have its stdlib built in to the binary.

I think I need to go back armed with a better knowledge of Oz culture... and subtitles. I _know_ I missed so much.

It's a shame that editors are limited to showing on-disk files. Or that on-disk files tend to have a requirement to be physically copied there. Or something. Why do we still live in the 80s in some respects?

Easier when you can easily propose a chain of independently CI'd/reviewed commits - no need to squash and the reviewer gets the benefit too. I'm spoiled by Gerrit!

I get it to make two commits/PRs for each fix: one to demonstrate the failure, the other to fix it. Works well and you don't have to take its assertion at face value.

It's funny because I had a similar number of followers in Twitter and I had some great interactions in some of my posts there, but here it feels like everything falls into the void.

bluesky posts never do numbers 😆 I suspect it might be something to do with the fact that notifications are extremely limited.

Glad to hear you're trying it out! Which specific schema are you referring to here? The perses schemas at registry.cue.works/docs/github.... are published by the Perses project itself, and I'm sure they'd like to know of any issues with them.

At least it has the advantage of being a trivial format to convert to for anyone!

That my friend is a fucking brilliant recommendation. Had not heard of Deadloch before now and now I'm continually belly laughing and involuntarily cussing as I make my way through S01E01, in delicious anticipation of plenty more entertainment to come.
