Back home now from what was a wonderful GRC on Biophotonics in Biology and Medicine! Wonshik Choi gave a talk last night at the biophotonics GRC that actually blew my mind. It covered the past ~10 years of work in his lab systematically trying to understand and correct for light scattering. I recommend reading his papers!
