The bigger deal, IMO, is that 50% "strongly disapprove" of him. I don't think that has happened since Nixon. Republican Congressional candidates have to choose to embrace Trump and piss of independent voters or reject him and piss off their base.

Why don't those shows have a "fact checking" segment at the end where they can replay clips and correct the record? Because they like having liars on their shows because of the controversy they create brings in revenue. They aren't in business to inform us.

I disagree. We need to tell the auto industry to "sink or swim". No more subsidies for them and no more tariffs or bans on any imports. The propping up of the oil industry by subsidizing the dinosaur burning auto industry has to end.

I live among them. The minute you disagree with them you are the enemy. They don't bother to listen or defend their beliefs, they have been taught to attack anyone who isn't MAGA. The reason she is wearing an ICE hat is because she wants to murder us too.

That should be the message of every Democratic candidate running for Congress this year. It is clear and convincing, which is why the only path Republicans have to winning is to turn Democrats against Democrats. You can see the MAGA trolls doing that here every day. It will only get worse.

The Republican strategy this year will be to generate chaos in the Democratic party. That is their only strategy because they know their brand is toxic and suppressing their opponents is the only option. I wish Democrats could see this and avoid doing Republicans work for them.

I would be willing to bet that is the case. The problem is he has to spend money to defend himself and the power of the state coming after people who do the right thing will scare off the next whistleblower.

I was talking to someone in the alcohol industry and they confirmed to me that the legalization of THC in my state has destroyed their business. He said people just aren't drinking like they used to, they prefer to vape or eat edibles instead. That's the real reason for opposition to legalization.

Part of being a MAGA means they have to learn to gaslight to protect right wing narratives. They have been taught that if they tell lies about things that are easily refuted by a simple internet search there will be no consequences.

So when every 4 to 8 years blue states stop getting FEMA funds while red states get them no matter who is in office how long do you think that attitude will last?

Americans don't realize that most people in other countries don't commute 40 miles to work each day and back. They live close together while we have thousands of miles of suburbia around our cities. They don't need 300 mile range EV's like we do.
