Agreed! I’ve been falling in love with older cards (I am a 2002 baby so I didn’t rly get to experience them) and I kinda like the ogs with their faded lines. They look softer :)
I couldn’t tell a difference on scryfall so I cropped ur images and threw them on different layers to compare. Maybe the whites are bolder so the letters just appear bigger?
Oh no I was just confused. Haven’t spoken to many other ppl abt their own experiences and my own was that my T levels spiked postop and it was a pretty rough six months or so till things leveled out, I kinda forgot that not everyone got that kind of reaction from the rest of their body compensating
To start id choose a card with “easy”art, or smt you can break down into shapes, colours, and texture. Being able to form a loose plan of what I will paint, in what steps, and what colours I will need to mix gives me insight and sets expectations which helps me make my ideas a reality.
Yeah but like
A.) I’ve painted a bunch of cardboard
B.) this is smt I do for fun
C.) I am confident I can at least fall up the stairs metaphorically speaking
And I’d recommend a toothpick with a tip wetter by a drop of water to gently make swipes at paint, removing it slowly.
