Mae Tang 董美妍My understanding of this is that AI platforms are buying large numbers of physical books to be scanned, and they sometimes use 3rd party companies to do the buying. Ingram isn't selling to them per se. Ingram is trying to figure out which companies are buying for AI, and opting out sales to those.
