Starting out of college I had many jobs to help get my feet on the ground, one was when I worked with @katedemske.bsky.social at Republic Design, a metal shop in Cincinnati in the late 90’s. Kate now has her own smithing studio, Solid Ground Studio where she forges her own creations.

Poster for my newest animation ‘Tangent’ What started out as an experiment, accidentally turned into a short, short animation. A woman and a circle discover a relationship that requires balance, nurturing and letting go. I entered 'Tangent' into a handful of film festivals this summer.

Morning commute (with studio boss)

An exercise I used as an ice breaker for the Design International workshop at the UQAM School of Design in Montreal. We each got a black piece of paper and tore it into random shapes. Then in short blocks of time, we were to arrange the shapes into a character.
