Polly SchattelWelsh Rarebit needs to make a comeback. The cheesy-tangy-mustardy sauce is delish, and quite easy to make. You don’t need the hot water, in fact just spread it and pop it into the oven and toast it right on the bread. YUM. And there are tons of variations. #vegetarian
