What an enormous disappointment the man is.

Words fail me at the comments I am seeing online about the attack in Berlin. I am sickened and disgusted. Most of the accounts, I am sure, are simply bots. Designed to stir up hate - but why do social media platforms allow them? Why are platforms like facebook so weak in face of hate? The worst

We need to challenge every system which leads to 'othering' of an individual. We need to challenge political systems, and religious systems, which demonise and hate other people for who they are or whom they love. We need to challenge, confront, and condemn the sin of homophobia at every turn.

Given the NHS has declined my referral for gynaecomastia surgery despite it coming from my GP, Mental Health Team and Gender Team (as a result of being wrongly prescribed T blockers for six years), recommendations for *affordable* treatments please?
