With the smoke, I haven’t gone running for a week and a half, but at least this morning I got to water my garden in fresh air. The collards are the star of the show this year.

A fellow foodie sent me and a friend to try Kelowna’s newest oyster bar (Raw Action Oyster Bar). I love the name and I loved the food and I love those who indulge my tastes. PS. These were the creamiest oysters I’ve ever had the pleasure of slurping 😏
