Water Operator, old gamer, political junkie.

Did you catch that McMorrow has already endorsed AES?

111

If my math is correct, there is about 140000 votes outstanding and Stevens would need to net 25000 votes to catch up, not likely.

020

Yeah unless she gets some much better margins on the last drops, I don't think she has enough runway left.

000

I don't think the margin will change much. Last few drops from Detroit have not had margins anywhere near big enough for her and I doubt the rest of the vote veers much from that same split.

000

She needs to make up 30,000 votes, her margins need to increase quite a bit of the rest of the votes, especially in Detroit.

000

Maybe, but I don't think Stevens is closing the gap fast enough.

Water is wet. Though it does look like AES pull through, just not anywhere near the predicted margin. And it appears almost all the polling miss is Detroit.

Possible in a wave year if it is as big as it apperas to be building to, but yeah, there was no one waiting in the wings for this seat anyway, and would always be a challenge to hold.

010

Smelling like the evac company trying to CYA.

I am guessing someone got a long talking to when he got home.

000

Just trying to get to the hanger as fast as possible.

Worse, my home town has a number of multiple floor buildings where the ground floor is still being used(and therefore still generating revenue) but whose upper floors are abandoned and likely actively unsafe to access.

And the thing about the schools was that they TRIED to open early and every time they did there would be another local outbreak. Also, I see no effort to improve the ventilation in schools which would have lessened the need for closures in the first place.

And I got an alarm the second it happened,so being manned or not should not have been a factor. Working without SCADA is annoying but it already happens once in a while. And it was an easy fix once it was known exactly what happened (comm PLC had its IP changed.)

170

It was the SCADA system. Large plants can often afford to build internal hardware to run it offline. Most smaller plants can't so use web based systems. But operations are still air gapped. Lost SCADA, but that can(and has) happened for non-nefarious reasons.

I run a water plant in Ohio, we were hit. Several in MI and Indiana were hit as well, all states Trump won. The hack went after a particular PLC vulnerability and was not quite as bad as is being reported.

Way overpaid for those warehouses in the first place as well.

The Senate Campaign Committee should seriously consider having a non-Senator chair because it's become obvious that whatever Senator gets the gig thinks every election is just like their own and ignore that other states are different.

010

Had this specific issue. Work boots are another one

020

Also his obvious fake cornpone act. The man is a fucking Rhodes Scholar.
