www.cbc.ca/news/politic... Replacing the US online streaming tax with Canadian govt tax payer funds is a HUGE benefit to the US giant companies. Carney is caving to US trade reps. Again. And getting nothing in return. This is very disappointing.

Without sounding like an idiot would lightning rods help? Building tall towers with a lightning rod on top might mitigate lightning strikes that start these wild fires.
