It is time to put 25% export taxes on all oil, natural gas, electricity and potash being exported to the United States and for the BoC to immediately come out and slash the bank rate by 75-100 basis points to get the loonie down to 1.50-1.60 to the US Dollar. Kill US Imports with devaluation.
