not all zoos are bad. good zoos help sick animals become healthy again with their veterinary care, and can sometimes release them back to the wild. they're also good for educating kids about saving wildlife

It’s no different than this hypothetical: We‘re both driving cars that won’t sustain any damage by hitting objects under 200 lbs. We both see a dog in the road. I choose to brake or swerve to avoid the dog. You choose to hit the dog. There’s no moral difference. The killing is unnecessary.
