How do blind and partially sighted people get to a bus stop on the other side of the road? The number of blind people killed by a cyclist is close to, if not actually, zero, but the number killed by cars is significant. But you wouldn't believe it from this story. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
This is hardly unique. Our village of Kinlochard in the Trossachs regularly suffers from this sort of behaviour, with similar consequences on any warm and sunny weekend.
