feeling grumpy today because damn over a week of acute pain and lack of sleep gets to you. and she genuinely meant well (long story), but my neurologists response being to do PT exercises, when that's exactly what started the pinched nerve in the first place, definitely didn't help 😵‍💫

my fingertip on my pointer finger has decided to randomly go numb yesterday, so that's a fun new random symptom (ᵕ—ᴗ—)

cracked open animal crossing for the first time in months today... just worked on demolishing/flattening my island but it's almost done! ദ്ദി(ᵔᗜᵔ)

tried a massage on my sore shoulder and he decided that means i get nerve pain down my arm now which is a new one 😅 tbd on stream he feels ok right now but i need to see how he is after some use before deciding if stream is doable 😵‍💫

streams this week may be lower energy/spoon + shorter until my shoulder decides he's no longer grumpy with me for daring to stretch gently in the morning last friday 😃
