People are always going to disappoint me. I want to see what they do when they're told they're being disappointing, and a man admitting he doesn't want to do care is personally better than a family member being forced to do it and taking out their spite on someone else.

I've made magnesium oil for mine (It's literally one cup of epsom salts in one cup of boiled water, cooled and in a spray bottle). A few pumps of that during the day on the inside of an elbow tends to keep the cramps and bay and they used to keep me up all night.
