If the concept of even loosely figuring/tracking calories isn't on the agenda, I would probably try to eat at the designated times but let myself stop at 1/3 or half if I just wasn't feeling it? Or if there's any sign of developing an aversion, if you know what I mean?

If you have the spoons, I would plug your stats into a TDEE calculator, find your basic metabolic rate. This would be your minimum calories for the day. Takes into consideration height, weight, activity level, weight loss/gain goals If you have not yet eaten that many calories (ballpark), eat.

so even if the idea of eating is NO THANK YOU I'll shove something small like that into my face (heh) Worst case, I've had a little nourishment and still don't feel hungry/want to eat. Trying to avoid getting so hungry I get the shakes and pass-out feelings.

Hey, I struggle with the ADHD brain version of this. For me, the key is immediately edible. A piece of fruit (ideally no slicing) String cheese some crackers? spoon of peanut butter. Something. Usually a small snack will trigger 'oh shit, sustain this meat mech' feels and I'll make something

Totally understand, I'm 5'6". This suzuki has me on front foot pads in sneakers, which is okay but not ideal. Decent boots/shoes will have me flatfooted. Meanwhile, I can absolutely bully this 250 I'm on, makes me feel like a gorilla lol That 450 has a good look, you're going to have a blast

I'm glad you found something that looks like it's going to be the right fit for you. Being comfortable and feeling in control is so important, and it feels like so many bikes require you to sacrifice a little of that. Even this one I'm looking at is a touch too tall, but boots will fix that.
