That makes sense. Part of the overwhelm for me is that the pain is *everywhere.* I probably need to do like, arm day / leg day / rest day, otherwise it all takes multiple hours per day 😭 I'll see if I can figure that out.

That used to be the case for me, too. It's just hard when I already have so many things to do in the morning and have POTS. But there are ways I can make mornings easier. I just have to prep for them. The other challenge: my morning brain does NOT have the capacity to choose what exercises to do!

I REALLY feel that. I left my home at the very beginning and very end of July. Otherwise, nada. This summer sucks. 🫂💙

I would actually appreciate advice here from anyone who's gone through it unless the advice is "anything is better than nothing!" or "get an OT!" Those things aren't WRONG, they just don't help me.

and now everything hurts all the time and it's so fucking overwhelming to look at PT, fascia care, baths, ointments, meds, etc that I get paralyzed with indecision and do nothing

and my ankles never fully recovered (they probably never will!!) because of course I didn't do the PT as much as I needed to, I was a preteen with undiagnosed ADHD

tbf, there is not really a time I would desire more. I just don't want to be awake

(I'll maybe show off the greenhouse progress tomorrow and it will possibly make more sense lol)

Theoretically the floors of each house will be the glazed version of their assigned terracotta color; or the outside wall could be; or none of the above if I don't feel like it~

I also started building the four homes for the greenhouse out of terracotta: red for the beet farm, yellow for wheat, orange for carrot, and white for potato. I'd like the house in the center to be green terracotta, but I'd have to go hunting for cactus...

Also, I didn't necessarily want to make my greenhouse with spruce logs and dark oak planks agaaaain, because I've used that combo a lot... but the thing is... it's just SO PRETTY

...and cherry trees growing on the north side. (The east side is the hill going down to the ocean lol) My home village also had a birch tree growing in the center next to the bells with benches around it and such. I replaced it with a cherry tree and the place is now 10x prettier
