I read that *FELON* trump has been eyeing Mali as a place to plunder and/or make part of his "empire." Mali has withdrawn from ICC, but a withdrawing country's end of Rome statute membership takes a year to grandfather out. So, Mali has protections of ICC for almost another year. Ideal time to go.
