Council passes a policy (more specifically? my office) but then the administration has to do the rule making for it. Implementation is where good policy goes to die, so sending feedback is important!

The rule was not drafted by my office btw we tried to provide guidance. This was done by the executive branch.

Bragging about saving 30 jobs when you had the chance to save 103 and didn’t do that. Then you had a chance to save 40 jobs, but it became 55 & added funds for police training. You didn’t do that either though. So now, you saved 30 jobs and funded police training. But hey, we can write 73 contracts.
